Between 1992 and 2004, David Blackmore imported more than 80% of the Wagyu genetics into Australia; he is involved in every stage of the animal’s four year lifespan.
The cattle are raised in Victorian high country. With its natural lagoons and river red gums, this terrain makes for the perfect natural, sustainable environment to create perfectly marbled meat.
