Cooking Instructions:
- Pan-Seared: Sear the steak in a hot pan with butter, garlic, and herbs for 3-4 minutes per side, then rest for a few minutes before serving.
- BBQ: BBQ over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for a perfect medium-rare steak.
- Oven-Finished: Sear the steak in a hot pan, then transfer to a preheated oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes for desired doneness.
